How is it shipped?
You will receive 1 - 3 separate shipments. One with a tank, one for the Atlantis Aquatics 5 in 1 Aquarium Cleaning Set if you added it on and possibly one or two other items, and one more with everything else in it. Most of the time, you will have everything within 8 days of purchasing.

Do you offer replacements for shipping damage?
Yes! From the day the package arrives, YOU HAVE 3 days to report any shipping damage to email@example.com. Just email us with what happened and a picture of the damage and once confirmed, we will replace whatever component arrived improperly.
What if you are out of stock of one of the items?
If for example, you ordered 500 ml of Flourish but the 500 ml bottles were out, we would supply you instead with 2x 250 ml bottles. If you were to order a 20 Gallon Whisper IQ filter but we were out of that model, we would supply you with the 30 Gallon Whisper IQ for no additional cost.
So in short, we will either substitute your product with smaller components to make it up or we will just upgrade your device for FREE if it happens to be out of stock!!

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as none of your order has been shipped, we can cancel the order. If however, any part of the order has been shipped, we will only be able to offer you a cancelation on the items that have not been shipped out yet.
Do you offer a return policy?
The only item that is covered by return policy is the Atlantis Aquatics 5 in 1 Aquarium Cleaning Set which is covered by the return policies of Amazon. The other items are sent from different suppliers from different brands so we are NOT able to support a return policy for reasons such as...
"It is not what I expected"
"I spent too much and would like my money back"
"My significant other/friend wants me to return it"
"I want to return some items but not all"
